Red Fish Sauce with Linguine
Ingredients
- Canned Scungilli - 6 oz.
- Canned Chopped Clams - 6 oz.
- Canned Calamari - 6 oz.
- Crabmeat - 1/2 lb.
- Mussels - 1/2 lb.
- Medium Shrimp - 1/2 lb.
- Fresh Garlic - 3 cloves sliced
- Canned Italian Tomatoes - 4, 28 oz. cans
- Oregano - dash
- Basil - dash
- Salt - dash
- Pepper - dash
- Red Wine - 1/2 c
Instructions
Saute Garlic in small amount of olive oil, enough to cover bottom of large pot. Add tomatoes, red wine, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cook one and one half hours. Add scungilli, clams, calamari, crabmeat, mussels and shrimp; cook another one and one half hours. Cook linguine according to package directions; drain. Pour sauce with fish over linguine.
