Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Breast - 2-3 lbs.
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 c grated
- Flour - 1/4 c
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Pepper - Dash
- Egg - 1 slightly beaten
- Milk - 1 Tbs
- Butter - 1-2 sticks melted
Instructions
Mix in bowl 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper until mixed well. In separate bowl whisk 1 slightly beaten egg and 1 tablespoon milk until well blended. Dip each chick breast in egg mixture; then in flour mixture. Place in baking pan. Pour melted butter over coated chicken breasts in baking pan. Bake 350° about one hour.
