Sour Cream Pound Cake with Cocoa Crumbs
Ingredients
- Pound Cake Mix - 1 pkg.
- Sour Cram - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Coco Crumb Mixture
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a tube pan. In a large bowl add cake mix, sour cream and eggs, beat on low speed until moistened, scraping bowl constantly. Beat three minutes on medium speed. Spread about half the batter in pan, sprinkle 2/3 cocoa crumb mixture. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cocoa crumb mixture. Bake 40-50 minutes or until done.
