Ricotta Cake
Ingredients
- Yellow Cake Mix - 1 bjox
- Ricotta - 2 lbs.
- Eggs - 4
- Suar - 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1 Tbs.
Instructions
In a large bowl, blend together yellow cake mix, ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour in 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake according to the directions of the cake mix for a 9 x 13 pan at 350°.
