Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - 8 oz. package
- Butter - 1 stick
- Confectionery Sugar - 1 box
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
- Walnuts - 1 cup, chopped
Instructions
Cream butter and cream cheese together until well blended; add vanilla; then gradually add sugar until mixed well. Frost cake and top with chopped walnuts if desired.
Goes great with Red Velvet Cake
