Broccoli Dip (Mock Oysters Rockefeller)
Ingredients
- Frozen Chopped Broccoli - 2-10oz. packages
- Medium Onion - 1 chopped
- Margarine - 1 stick
- Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Canned Chopped Mushrooms - 1 can drained
- Kraft Garlic Cheese Spread - 1 roll
Instructions
Boil broccoli according to package directions, drain. Saute onion in margarine until soft. Combine soup, onion, mushrooms and mix with broccoli and crumbled cheese in fry pan. Keep hot and allow cheese to melt. Serve hot in fondue pot. Serve with Tostitos chips. To serve as casserole, bake in round Pyrex baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
