Double Toffee Delight Cake
Ingredients
- Brown Sugar - 1-1/2 cups, firmly packed
- Walnuts - 1 cup, chopped
- Cinnamon - 1tsp.
- All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vainlla Instant Pudding - `1 pkg.
- Butterschotch Instant Pudding - 1 pkg.
- Water - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 3/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1tsp.
- Eggs - 4
Instructions
In medium size bowl combine brown sugar, chopped nuts and cinnamon and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease, bottom only, of a 13 x 9 pan. In a large bowl combine eggs, vanilla extract and water together. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding and butterscotch pudding to egg mixture. Blend at slow speed using an electric mixer. Pour 1/3 batter into baking pan; sprinkle with 2/3 of brown sugar mixture. Pour remainder of batter and sprinkle with remainder of brown sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
