Crumb Cake by Diane
Ingredients
- Butter - 1/4 lb.
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2, unbeaten
- Flour - 2 cups, sifted
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Mix butter, milk, sugar, unbeaten eggs, sifted flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Batter will be thick, spread in a square pan.
Crumbs: 1/4 lb. butter, softened, 1 Tbs. cinnamon, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups Bisquick. Mix with fingers into big crumbs then put on top of cake. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
