Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Temptee Cream Cheese - 4 - 8 oz.
- Sour Cream - 16 oz.
- Butter - 1/4 lb., softened
- Eggs - 5
- Sugar - 1-1/2 cups
- Cornstarch - 1 Tbs.
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Cream cheese, sour cream, and butter; let reach room temperature. Add sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla. Cream together. Add eggs, one at a time, beat until smooth. Place in greased 10 inch spring form pan. Place spring form pan in roasting pan 1/2 filled with water. Bake at 375° for one hour. Turn oven off and leave in oven for one hour. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR. Remove from oven, place on rack for 2 hours. Then refrigerate.
