Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - 8 oz.
- Butter - 1/2 stick
- Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp.
- Confectionery Sugar - 1/2 box
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add 1/2 box confectionery sugar and blend well. Frost cooled carrot cake. Sprinkle iced cake with chopped walnuts, if desired.
