Broccoli Crescent Ring
Ingredients
- Frozen Chopped Broccoli - 10 oz.
- Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls - 2 cans
- Hormel Canned Tender Ham - 1 small can
- Mustard - 4 Tbsp.
- Onion - 4 Tbsp. minced
- Swiss Cheese - 1 cup shredded
- Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup shreeded
- Oil - 1 Tbsp.
Instructions
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix onion, mustard and oil. Add broccoli and cheeses to mixture and mix well. Add chunked ham and a little pepper and garlic powder to taste; toss. Arrange crescent triangles in ring, with wide part in center and points to the outside on greased cookie sheet. Place stuffing around wide of roll. Lift point and bring to center and place point under wide part to secure. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. May be made ahead of time, cooked and wrapped in foil and then reheated when ready to serve.
