London Broil Sauce
Ingredients
- London Broil - 3 lbs.
- Butter - 1 stick
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Ketchup - 3 Tbs.
- Chili Sauce - 3 Tbs.
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Gulden's Brown Mustard - 3 Tbs.
Instructions
Broil steak. reserve juice from steak. In fry pan melt 1 stick butter. Add garlic powder, ketchup, chili sauce, Gulden's mustard, juice from meat, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5-10 minutes. Slice steak; serve sauce on side or pour over sliced steak.
