London Broil Marinade
Ingredients
- London Broil - 3 lb. (may use Flank Steak)
- Flank Steak - 3 lb. (may use London Broil)
- Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Dry Sherry - 3/4 cup
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp.
- Powdered Ginger - 1-1/2 tsp.
- Worcestershire Sauce - 4 Tbs.
- Oil - 3/4 cup
- Dried Parsley - 2 tsp.
Instructions
Mix soy sauce, dry sherry, garlic powder, powdered ginger, Worcestershire sauce, oil and parsley in shaker container; shake until well blended. Pour over London broil in a marinating container. Marinade overnight in refrigerator, turn occasionally. Charcoal broil until rare or medium, slice diagonally in 1/2-34 inch strips.
