Shish Kabob
Ingredients
- Good Seasons Garlic Dressing - 2 envelopes
- Onion - 2/3 cup, chopped
- Celery - 3/4 cup, chopped
- Vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Salad Oil - 1/2 cup
- White Wine - 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 Tbs.
- Leg of Lamb - 8-12 lbs. cut in 1-1/2 inch cubes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, then add lamb chunks. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Put lamb on skewers with onion, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms. Grill until meat done to your liking.
