Oven Porcupines
Ingredients
- Ground Beef - 1 lb.
- Rice - 1/2 cup uncooked
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1/3 cup chopped
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Celery Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic Powder - 1/8 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- Tomato Sauce - 15 oz. can
- Water - 1 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tsp.
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper. Mix until well blended. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
