Meatballs
Ingredients
- Ground Beef - 3 lbs.
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Parsley - 1 tsp.
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 cup grated
- Eggs - 3 beaten
- Bread - 5 slices (can be day old)
- Basil - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves, minced
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Form meat mixture into small balls, a little larger than a golf ball. Fry until well browned or bake in oven at 425° until well browned, turning to cook all sides. Serve dry or place in homemade tomato sauce.
