Artichoke Dip Country Cupboard Style
Ingredients
- Artichoke Hearts - 1-14oz. can (drained)
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parmesan Cheese - 2-1/2 oz.
- White Wine - 2 Tbsp.
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Cream Cheese - 1/4 cup softened
- Bread Crumbs - 3 Tbsp.
Instructions
In feed tube of processor add garlic and mince, then pulse in artichoke hearts until hears are in small pieces. In separate bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, white wine, lemon juice, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add to artichoke mixture and pulse until mixed together. Place in scooped out round sourdough or Italian bread, reserve center of bread to make cubes, sprinkle mixture with a little Parmesan and then cover top with bread crumbs. Bake 375° about 15 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with cubed bread and crackers.
