Bar-B-Q Pork Chops
Ingredients
- Pork Chops - 6
- Tomato Sauce - 8 oz. can
- Ketchup - 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp.
- Onion Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Liquid Hickory Smoke - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
In heavy skillet, brown chops in 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour off fat. Season chops with salt and pepper.
Sauce: Combine tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, and liquid smoke. Pour over chops. Cover. Simmer about 1 hour, turning and basting chops occasionally.
