Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- Artichokes - 2 cans (unmarinated)
- Mayonnaise - 2 cups
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 cups
Instructions
Puree the artichokes in a processor. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Blend thoroughly. Put in shallow oven proof dish and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes, until very hot and golden brown on top. Serve with crackers or chips.
