Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
- Rice - 1-1/2 cups
- Fine Noodles - 1-1/2 - 2 cups
- Butter - 3/4 stick
- Chicken Broth - 46 oz.
Instructions
Melt butter in large pot. Saute fine noodles until golden brown. Reserve 1 cup of chicken broth. Pour in rice and balance of chicken broth. Simmer and stir occasionally until soup is absorbed. Use reserve broth only if seem too dry.
