Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- Frozen Niblet Corn - 2 cups
- Butter - 1 Tbs.
- Salt - 1-1/2 tsp.
- Eggs - 3 beaten
- Milk - 1-1/2 cups
- Sugar - 1 Tbs.
- Flour - dash
Instructions
Combine corn, butter, salt, milk, sugar, flour. Mix well. Add beaten eggs last. Mix well. Pour into glass casserole; Bake in 350° oven until custard sets about one hour. Use 1-1/2 quart glass baking dish.
