Broccoli Puff
Ingredients
- Frozen Chopped Broccoli - 10 oz package
- Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- White American Cheese - 2 oz
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1 beaten
- Bread Crumbs - 1/4 cup
- Butter - 1 Tbs. melted
Instructions
Cook broccoli according to microwave directions on package. In separate bowl stir together mushroom soup and cheese; gradually add milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup mixture. Stir well until blended. Mix with broccoli mixture in a Pyrex baking dish. In small bowl combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over broccoli. Bake 350° for 45 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown. Serve immediately.
