Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 lb. cut up
- Fresh Mozzarella - 1 lb. cut in 1
- Fresh Basil - 1/4 cup chopped
- Garlic - 1 tsp. chopped
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Instructions
Place cut up tomatoes and cubed mozzarella in serving bowl. In a shaker container add basil, garlic, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil. Shake well. Pour over tomatoes and mozzarella. Serve.
