Stacked Salad
Ingredients
- Salad Blend - 12 oz.
- Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
- Red Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
- Frozen Peas - 10 oz. thawed
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 cup shredded
- Hard-boiled Eggs - 6 chopped
- Ranch Dressing - 1 cup
Instructions
Layer in serving bowl, first salad blend, then cottage cheese, then onion, then peas, then Parmesan cheese, then chopped eggs and lastly the ranch dressing. Salad can be prepared one day ahead, if desired. Salad must be chilled at least an hour before serving time.
