Creamy French Dressing
Ingredients
- Salt - 3/4 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Dry Mustard - 1/4 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- Heavy Cream - 2 Tbs.
- Wine Vinegar - 3 Tbs.
- Parsley - 1 tsp. chopped
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove split
Instructions
Place all ingredients into shaker container. Shake well. Then add 1 split clove of garlic to mixture and shake again. Let stand one hour, then remove garlic. Pour over spinach salad.
Goes great with French Spinach Salad
