French Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- Spinach Leaves - 1-2 bunches
- Onion - 1/2 finely sliced
- Mushrooms - 2-4 sliced
- Bacon - 3-4 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Hard-boiled Eggs - 1, chopped
- Broccoli - 1/2 head, heads only, cut up
- Croutons - to taste
Instructions
Place spinach, onion, mushrooms, bacon, chopped egg and cut up broccoli heads in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss.
Serve with Creamy French Dressing
