Linguine Salad
Ingredients
- Linguine - 1/2 lb. cooked and drained
- Spinach Linguine - 1/2 lb. cooked and drained
- Hard-boiled Eggs - 4
- Celery - 1 stalk chopped
- Red Onion - 1/2 chopped
- Peas - 1 can
- Tuna - 1 can
- Mayonnaise - 3 Tbs.
- Curry Powder - 1/2 tsp.
Instructions
Cook linguine according to package directions for al dente. Drain and place in serving bowl. Add 3 chopped eggs, celery, onion, tuna fish, mayonnaise and curry powder. Toss until well blended, then add peas and toss again. Use 2 eggs for garnish on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
