Homemade Eggnog Punch
Ingredients
- Egg Yolks - 6
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Rum - 375 ml (half of a fifth)
- Milk - 2 cups
- Heavy Cream - 1 pint
Instructions
Beat egg yolks until light. Beat in sugar until thick. Stir in milk and rum. Chill three hours. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into chilled egg mixture. Chill another hour. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top just before serving.
