Mini Blini's
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - 2-8 oz. jars
- Egg Yolks - 2
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Pepperidge farm White Bread - 2-1lb. loaves
- Butter - 1/2 lb.
Instructions
In small bowl mix 1/4 cup cinnamon with enough sugar to make a light brown coloring. In separate bowl cream together two, eight ounce bars of softened cream cheese, 2 egg yolks and 1/w cup sugar. Cut off crusts of white bread, and roll each slice of bread thin like a wafer with rolling pin. melt 1/2 pound butter and then cool. Spread slices of bread with cheese mixture. Roll up, dip each roll up in butter, and then in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on cutting board and cut each slice in half. put on baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Bake frozen at 400° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with plain sour cream to dip mini blini's.
