Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- Peanut Butter (Crunchy) - 1 lb.
- Rice Krispies - 1-1/2 c
- Butter - 1 stick softened
- Confectionery Sugar - 1 box
- Chocolate Chips - 12 oz.
Instructions
Mix together peanut butter, Rice Krispies, butter and confectionery Sugar until well blended. Make 1 inch balls. Place on wax papered cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator for one hour. In double boiler, melt chocolate chips, half a bag at one time, stirring constantly. When chocolate chips are melted, stick a toothpick into peanut butter ball and dip chilled peanut butter balls into chocolate, covering half the ball with melted chocolate. Place on wax papered cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator until chocolate is set.
