Chocolate Butter Brittle
Ingredients
- Butter - 2 sticks
- Saltine Crackers - 1 small box
- Brown Sugar - 1 c
- Chocolate Chips - 12 oz.
- Peanut Brittle - 1-2 boxes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spread crackers on bottom of lined pan. In small saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil; boil exactly three minutes; stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with collage chips. Let stand for a few minutes, then spread softened chocolate chips with knife. Sprinkle broken up peanut brittle on top and then chill. Remove when chocolate is hard. Break into medium size chunks.
