Cream Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- Butter - 1 cup
- Cream Cheese - 3 oz.
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2 cups
- Confectionery Sugar
- Walnuts - 2 Tbs. chopped
Instructions
Mix together butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended well. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. If desired fold in chopped walnuts. Drop one teaspoonful onto baking sheet. Bake 375° for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and dust baked cookies with confectionery sugar.
