Butter Spritz Cookies
Ingredients
- Flour - 2-1/2 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Butter - 1 cup
- Confectionery Sugar - 1-1/4 cups
- Egg - 1
- Almond Extract - 1/2 tsp.
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Sift together flour and salt. In separate bowl cream butter. Gradually add confectionery sugar, creaming well. Blend in egg, almond extract and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients gradually. Mix well after each addition. Press a small amount of dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes.
