Pistachio Cake
Ingredients
- White or Yellow Cake Mix - 1 box
- Pistachio Instant Pudding - 1 box
- Eggs - 3
- Oil - 1 cup
- Club Soda - 1 cup
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup, chopped
Instructions
Blend cake mix, pistachio pudding, 3 eggs, 1 cup oil, 1 cup club soda and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into grease and floured bundt pan or 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes; remove and cool on wire rack. Frost with Pistachio Frosting and garnish with chopped nuts or coconut. Store in refrigerator.
