Pancakes
Ingredients
- Eggs - 2
- Flour - 2 cups
- Butter - 1/2 stick, melted
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp.
- Baking Powder - 4 tsp.
- Milk - 1 cup
Instructions
In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder, slowly add to egg mixture the flour and then the milk. Consistency should be on the thicker side. Add more milk if too thick. Pour small amounts on hot griddle (grease if not non stick griddle). Flip when bubbles form on top. Cook until golden brown.
A family favorite for years! We have started using whole wheat flour and can barely taste the difference.
