Italian Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- Ricotta Cheese - 3 lbs
- MIlk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Eggs - 1 dozen
- Rye Whiskey - 1 oz shot
- Lemon Zest - 1 tsp.
- Orange Zest - 1 tsp.
Instructions
In a large bowl mix ricotta cheese and milk; then add sugar and eggs, mix until well blended. Add rye whiskey, lemon and orange zest and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Remove from oven and cool one hour before refrigerating. Must be made a day before you plan to serve. Refrigerate overnight.
