Tortellini with Wine Sauce
Ingredients
- Fresh Tortellini - 7 oz.
- Butter - 1/4 lb.
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 oz., grated
- Heavy Cream - 2 Tbs.
Instructions
In medium pot, stir butter, Parmesan cheese, add cream together over low heat until blended well and thickened, add cooked and drained tortellini stir again. Serve immediately, or double sauce ingredients and pour over tortellini and put in broiler one minute to brown top lightly.
