Sausage Egg Stuffing
Ingredients
- Eggs - 10
- Fresh Parsley - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Sweet Sausage - 1/2 lb. (removed from casing)
- Genoa Salami - 3-4 slices
- Bread Crumbs - 1/4 cup
Instructions
In large fry pan, brown sausage and salami, drain. In separate bowl mix eggs, parsley, cheese and pepper. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs, if need add more to make mixture pull together, so it's a thick wet mixture. Then add egg mixture to sausage and salami mixture and cook very low until mixture becomes like wet scrambled eggs. Refrigerate overnight. Place stuffing mixture into turkey just before cooking.
Will Stuff a 10-12 pound turkey.
