Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- Colemans Dry Mustard - 1 Tbs. plus 1/2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tsp.
- A-1 Steak Sauce - 1 tsp.
- Heavy Cream - 2 Tbs.
- Milk - 2 Tbs.
- Salt - to taste
Instructions
In a small bow, mix heavy cream and milk. In separate mixing bow, place mustard and mayonnaise and beat with electric mixer for one minute. Add the Worcestershire sauce A-1 Steak sauce, heavy cream and milk mixture, and a pinch of salt. Beat until will blended and creamy Chill, covered, until serving. May add an additional 1/2 tsp. of dry mustard for a heavier mustard flavor.
Great with shrimp or stone crabs
