Marshmallow Icing
Ingredients
- Butter - 1-1/2 Sticks
- Marshmallows - 36
- Milk - 2/3 Cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Melt marshmallows with milk on low heat. Let stand until room temperature. In medium size mixing bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy, add marshmallows a little at a time, mixing after each addition. Then add one teaspoon of vanilla. Blend well. Frost cake.
