Marinated Steak-Nilsa's Way
Ingredients
- Rump Roast - 2 lb.
- Onion - 1, sliced thin
- Vinegar - 2 Tbs.
- Oil - 1/3 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic Powder - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Instructions
Rump Roast must be sliced thin, can be sliced bu butcher or on electric meat slicer at home. Season each slice of steak with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Place in marinating container. Combine onion, vinegar, oil in small bowl. Pour over seasoned steaks. Marinate covered in refrigerator for at least one hour. Quick fry each steak in fry pan.
