Horseradish Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Heavy Cream - 3/4 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Horseradish - 1/2 cup, drained
- Dijon Mustartd - 2 Tbs.
- Sugar - pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Instructions
Whip heavy cream in bowl until peaks form. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard until well blended. Using rubber spatuala fold in whipped cream. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well and transfer into serving bowl. Makes 2 cups.
Goes great with fillet of beef or corned beef
