Brisket of Beef
Ingredients
- Beef Brisket - 3 lb.
- Potatoes - 2-16 oz. cans
- Frozen Sliced Carrots - 10 oz.
- Water - 1 cup
- Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce - 1 can
- Ketchup - 1 cup
- Lipton Onion Soup - 1 package
Instructions
In large bowl mix together, water, whole berry cranberry sauce, ketchup and Lipton onion soup. Place beef brisket in baking pan. Pour mixture over beef. Cover pan with foil, bake at 350° for one and one half hours. After one and one half hours add potatoes and carrots. Keep covered and continue baking another one and one half hours. A total of 3 hours.
