Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- Ground Beef - 1 lb
- Jones Sausage Meat - 1 roll
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs - 1-1/4 cup
- Medium Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Nutmeg - 1 tsp
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Franco American Mushroom Gravy - 2 cans
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for mushroom gravy. Roll meat mixtures into tiny meatballs, dip in flour; shake excess flour off meatballs. Brown each side of meatball in Wesson oil. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. When ready to serve place meatballs and two cans of mushroom gravy in large pot and heat together until hot. PLace in serving bowl or fondue pot to keep warm while serving. Serves many.
