Spinach Dip Fantastic
Ingredients
- Frozen Chopped Spinach - 10 oz package
- Sour Cream - 16 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Knorr Dry Vegetable Soup Mix - 1 package
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tbs grated
Instructions
Thaw spinach, DO NOT cook; drain and squeeze. Mix together all ingredients and chill overnight before serving. Place in hollowed pumpernickel bread. Cube inside of bread to use to dip, also serve with crackers.
