Shrimp Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Dijon Mustard - 2 Tbs
- Garlic - 1 Tbs chopped fine
- Olive Oil - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Shrimp - 1 lb (large or jumbo)
Instructions
Combine vinegar, mustard and garlic in blender; gradually add oil. Blend well. Add slat and pepper to taste. Blend again. Serve on chip and dip platter with shrimp surrounding dip.
