Seafood Dip
Ingredients
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Whole Milk - 2 cups
- Evaporated Milk - 1-5.33 oz. can
- Green Onions - 1 bunch finely chopped
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- White Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Frozen Crab Meat - 2 cups chopped
- Fully Cooked Small Shrimp - 1 lb. chopped
- Canned Mushrooms - 1 large can sliced
- Fresh Parsley - 1 cup chopped
Instructions
In medium pot combine butter, flour, whole milk and evaporated milk. Stir and heat to make a sauce. Then add to pot chopped green onions, paprika, white pepper, salt, defrosted chopped crab meat, defrosted diced shrimp, sliced mushrooms and chopped parsley. Cook until warm. Pour into chafing dish or fondue pot. Serve with crackers. Serves 30
