Potato Salad
Ingredients
- Medium Potatoes - 6, cooked and diced
- Italian Dressing - 1 cup
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Mustard - 2 tsp
- Hard-boiled Eggs - 2 eggs chopped
- Celery Seed - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Instructions
Marinate cooked and diced potatoes in Italian dressing for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. Then combine onion, mayonnaise, prepared mustard, chopped eggs, celery seed, chopped celery and salt and pepper with the potatoes and return to refrigerator until serving.
