Petite Quiches
Ingredients
- Pillsbury Butterflake Biscuits
- Swiss Cheese - 1 cup (shredded)
- Flour - 1 Tbs.
- Half and Half - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1 (beaten)
- Salt - 1/4 tsp.
- Black Pepper - dash
- Bacon - 4 slices (crispy & crumbled)
Instructions
Grease 24 miniature muffin cups. Separate dough into 12 pieces, divide each roll in half, press dough in muffin cups, covering bottom and sides. In bowl toss 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese with 1 tablespoon flour. Combine 1/2 cup half and half, egg, salt and pepper. Add to cheese mixture. Mix well. Stir in bacon last. Fill each cup approximately 2/3 full. Bake 325 °, 30 to 35 minutes.
