Palimers
Ingredients
- Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry - 1 box
- Asiago Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
- Prosciutto - 1/3 lb.
- Honey Mustard - 2 Tbs
- Parchment Paper
Instructions
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry between two pieces of parchment paper. Cut pastry in half lengthwise. Spread each piece of pastry with honey mustard. Sprinkle with Asiago cheese over mustard, layer prosciutto on top of Asiago. Roll up into long log. Can be frozen at this point for up to one month. Chill logs in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Brush egg wash on pastry just before baking. Slice into pinwheels about 1/2 to 1 inch wide. Bake at 400° for 7-10 minutes.
